Applicants must:
- Submit an application form;
- Schedule an interview and tour of the school facility;
- Submit a non- refundable application fee ($ 25.00);
- Submit completed and signed enrollment documents (after acceptance notification)
Admission decisions are based on the application. Applicants will be notified of the school’s decision. After notification of acceptance, applicants will have 10 days to complete the registration/enrollment process which includes financial obligations and payment of all fees which are due. It is strongly recommended that you register early, as class size is limited.
FACILITY
The school is located within the Providence Mercantile Medical Plaza, a 10,000 sq. ft. commercial building located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. The training center is located in a 2,500 sq. ft. fully equipped dental office suite. There is also a conference room in which will be utilized for classroom studies.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Classes will be held on Saturdays from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
HOLIDAYS AND OTHER DATES OF IMPORTANCE
School will be closed on the following days: New Years, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas should they fall during the class schedule.
